Teamwork

Our team from architects and designers, to sub-contractors, carpenters and artisans are exceptional.  We use design teams and sub-contractors who work together as a team, and who have the expertise and experience to elevate the level of performance not only for themselves and their given task, but for the group as a whole.   Furthermore, we believe the best work comes from allowing people to work at their best, and creating an environment that breeds success.  It’s essential to have a diverse team that can bring fresh ideas and execute them effectively. Leveraging strong talent also enables us to allocate more time to working with our clients individually, fostering the growth of their ideas and helping them bring their visions for a space to life.

Sustainability in residential construction is more than just the performance engineering and data of a certain building envelope.  It is found also in the actual process and execution of building a given structure or space.  From demolition recycling, materials and chemicals handling, materials selection, and cleanliness; we hold our team to the highest level of standards to make sure that we have only a positive impact on our environment and community.

Here on the Monterey Peninsula our community and family is everything to us.  We take a community minded approach to everything we do.  Relationships are the building blocks for a solid community.  From local artisans, sub-contractors, materials suppliers, other builders, clients and neighbors; we make great effort to maintain the atmosphere of family and community, the same as we have grown to know and love it here on the Monterey Peninsula.
